4 boneless pork chops
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup Brookshire’s Honey
1 small lemon, juiced
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp ground turmeric
2 Tbs canola oil
Directions
  1. Season each pork chop with salt and pepper. Place in a zip-top bag. In a bowl, combine yogurt, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder and turmeric. Stir to combine. Add yogurt mixture to the bag. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight. 
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F. Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over high heat. Add 2 pork chops, letting excess marinade drip off before adding to the pan. Sear on both sides. Remove from skillet. Repeat with remaining pork chops. Place all pork chops back in the skillet. Place in oven to cook for 15 minutes.
